Mr Bang Chen – Chairman of Clínica Baviera. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Aier Eye Hospital Group Co. Ltd. as well as Chairman of Tibet Aier Medical Investment Co. Ltd. He is also a professor at Hunan University.

Mr Li Li has been Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. since 2003. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Xiangtan University, a Master’s degree in Hospital Management and Administration from Peking University, as well as a Degree in Executive Business Administration from Hunan University. In 1997 he co-founded Aier Ophthalmic Medical Technology, and in 2003 Aier Eye Hospital Group.

Mr Shijun Wu – Doctorate in Economics from Fudan University in 2002. He is a securities analyst. He currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd. He has held the positions of Secretary of the Board of Directors of Shanghai INGEEK Information Technology Co., Ltd.

Ms Yongmei Zhang – Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Tongji University. She holds an MBA from Fudan University. She is currently the Director of Global Strategy and Business Development Department at Aier Eye Hospital Group Co., Ltd.

Mr Eduardo Baviera Sabater, Chief Executive Officer – 1996. Mr Eduardo Baviera Sabater holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Valencia. In 1990, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Tax Consulting from the Instituto de Empresa. Between 1991 and 1994 he worked as a tax consultant in the tax department at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was an independent tax consultant from 1994 to 1996. He was a lecturer on Balance Sheet Analysis at Instituto de Empresa between 1997 and 2000. In 1994 he founded Clínica Baviera together with other founders, assuming the General Management. Since 1996, he has held the position of Chief Executive Officer, a position he still holds today.

Mr Emilio Moraleda Martínez has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a degree in Labour Relations from the Social School of Madrid. He has participated in several management and leadership programmes at Harvard University (Boston) and Columbia University (New York). He has held the position of executive president for Pfizer’s high-growth territories (Spain, Russia, Türkiye, Israel, Caucasus, Greece and Portugal). He was a member of the executive committee of Pfizer Europe and led several mergers in the 2000s. He was also president and vice-president of Farmaindustria and the Local American Working Group (LAWG), vice-president of the American Business Council and member of the Círculo de Empresarios and the American Chamber of Commerce in Spain. He is currently a member of advisory committees, coach, advisor to senior executives, lecturer and business management and leadership consultant.

Ms. Carolina Martínez-Caro holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE University, having spent a large part of her professional career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, one of the largest banks in the world, where she held the position of Senior Vice President in the Investments division. Subsequently, she held the position of CEO of Iberia for the Swiss bank Julius Baer. She is also the founder of CMC Family Advisors, a financial and investment advisory firm. She is currently an independent director of several companies, including one of the largest banks in Spain. She is also a senior advisor to various companies and sectors.
